Tonya Cooke is the Social Media Manager for The Roxy Theatre and, in just one year, has managed to take the largest social network of any music venue in the world to a one stop source for music and lifestyle. After graduating California State University Fullerton in 2008, Tonya made her first footprint at Universal Music Group working with the heads of Digital Music Distribution. Cooke cut her social teeth while working at The Comedy Store where the early adoption of Tumblr and Foursquare put her front and center in the practical application of online models into IRL results. Tonya currently writes for What's Trending as The Roxy on music, bands, and innovative uses of social media. She is on a one way street to making the online Roxy experience the cornerstone of rock 'n roll.
